-We maintain a 24-7-365 emergency hotline for tenants to report any conditions that would pose an immediate health hazard or possible threat of property damage.
-Mark our operations manager has an extensive background in construction and property management and is able to recognize and assess situations and conditions and take the appropriate actions to minimize or maximize the situation to the benefit of everyone involved.
CONTRACTS AND FORMS:
-We utilize contracts and forms developed and approved by the Florida Association of Realtors and approved for use under rule 10.1(b) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, for both owners and tenants.
-We utilize a move in/move out form and photography (when necessary) to minimize the potential for disputes of property condition at time of occupanncy and when property is vacated.
